Good News! If we have any remaining inventory after a release day, you’ll be able to reserve what’s left and pick them up during one of our pick-up times. Please find this month’s pick up hours and remaining inventory below.
THIS MONTH’S PICK UP TIMES:
You may choose any of the following times to pick up your beer, but you must reserve your beer AND have your reservation confirmed before coming in (walk-ins can not be accommodated at this time):
March 3: 3-6pm
March 10: 3-6pm
March 17: 3-6pm
PLEASE NOTE: No purchase is being made at this time. By filling out the form, you are only requesting to place a hold on the beer and agree to pick it up at our brewery location and pay for it at the time of pick up. If you do not pick up and pay for your beer at your selected time, we will no longer hold it for you.
HOW RESERVATIONS WORK:
Step 1: Explore our remaining stock
Step 2: Complete a Request form (first come, first serve)
Step 3: Once we receive your request, we will reach out via email to confirm your selection(s)
Step 4: Come pick it up during one of our pick-up hours
Step 1: Check out the beer we have left in stock below.
Consult the inventory list to determine how many 4-packs we still have available for each beer.
Please note: While this list will update automatically, if we have high volume of requests at the same time the inventory may not be accurate until the page is refreshed.
Step 2: Complete the Request Beer form
When you’re ready to make a reservation, click the “Request Beer” button below. Requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
You will be asked to complete a form indicating which beers you would like to reserve and the number of 4-packs you’d like to reserve.
IMPORTANT: You will need to fill out a new submission for EACH beer that you’d like to reserve. You will be given the option to submit another response after completing each form.
REMAINING INVENTORY
Step 3: Once we receive your request, we will reach out via email to confirm your selection(s)
Please wait for this confirmation before coming to pick up beer, as your reservation is NOT confirmed until you receive it. In the event that the beer you selected becomes unavailable, we will be sure to let you know via email.
Step 4: Pick up your beer
After reserving your beer, be sure to mark your calendar for the pick-up time you selected on the request form. We will not hold beer past your selected pick up time.
